EPIP 2023 will take place in Kraków: the second-largest and one of the oldest cities in Poland, dating back to the seventh century. Its historic central part, i.e. the Old Town, was among the first sites chosen for the UNESCO's World Heritage List. Kraków is one of Poland's key economic and cultural hubs. It is also a major centre of higher education and science. The Jagiellonian University in Kraków, founded in 1364 by King Casimir III the Great, is the oldest university in Poland and one of the oldest universities in continuous operation in the world.

Kraków is located in southern Poland. Although there is a war going on beyond the eastern border of our country, Poland was and remains completely safe. You can attend the conference without any worries. We cordially invite you to our beautiful city!
